All professional services shall be <br />performed under the direction of a professional registered with the State of <br />Florida and qualified in the specific field (i.e. Professional Architect [PA] etc.). <br /> <br />• The selected individuals shall have been in business and have a minimum of <br />five (5) years experience in providing general contracting/construction <br />management services in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />• The firm must identify a Team Project Manager who must be licensed in the <br />State of Florida as a General Contractor and have a minimum of fifteen (15) <br />years experience in construction management and have served as project <br />manager on similar projects on a minimum of seven (7) previous occasions <br />within the State of Florida. <br /> <br />• Team members and sub-consultants must be licensed in the State of Florida <br />and have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in providing <br />construction management services. <br /> <br />Section 4.2.1.6 shall be added to read as follows: <br /> <br />4.2.1.7 STRUCTURAL ENGINEER <br /> <br />• The selected Individuals shall be individuals licensed as a Structural <br />Professional Engineer with the State of Florida. All professional services <br />shall be performed under the direction of a professional registered with the <br />State of Florida and qualified in the specific field (i.e. Structural Engineering <br />[PE] etc.). <br /> <br />• The selected individuals shall have been in business and have a minimum of <br />ten (10) years experience in providing structural engineering services in the <br />State of Florida. <br /> <br />• The firm must identify a Team Project Manager who must be licensed in the <br />State of Florida as a Structural Engineer and have a minimum of ten (10) <br />years experience in structural engineering and have served as engineer of <br />record on similar projects on a minimum of seven (5) previous occasions <br />within the State of Florida.
