The contractor rootprune and relocate all trees designated <br />on these plans according to the specification on sheet TD-5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2. The contractor shall be resposible for hand watering and <br />maintenance of all relocated trees for the period from <br />rootprunning till 1 year after relocation and acceptance at <br />the receptor sites. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3. The relocations are to be done according to the <br />specifications on these plans. No deviation from these specs <br />can be done without the written consent of the owners <br />representative. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4. The contractor is to protect all existing trees within 5' of <br />the right of way that are to remain. The detail for protection <br />is located on this and all other sheets of these plans. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5. No work is to begin prior to the protection being in <br />place. The contractor shall contact the landscape architect <br />to inspect the protection prior to commencement of any <br />demolition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />6. The callouts and entities <br />drawn on thze plans take precedence over the plant list.! <br />! <br />The contractor shall be responsable for his own takeoffs <br />of the plantings drawn.! <br />! <br />The contractor shall be expected to visit the site prior to <br />bid. the contractor shall have an understanding of the <br />on site conditions to prepare his bid. Any questions <br />concerning conditions are to be brought to the owners <br />attention prior to bid.! <br />! <br />Any discrepensies concerning the materials or <br />conditions of the site that shall inhibit the installation as <br />drawn shall be brought to the attention of the owners <br />representatives. Issues found prior to bid will become a <br />condition of the bid after the award of the contract.! <br />! <br />After the award of the contract, any discrepancies in the <br />plans or additional materials and costs because of <br />pre-existing conditions at the site shall not be a reason <br />for any additional charges to the owners.! <br />! <br />These bid conditions are not to be considered all <br />inclusive. There may be additional conditions included in <br />other documents of the construction agrement.
