SECTION 01780 <br /> <br />CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Upon final inspection and before acceptance and final payment, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall deliver to the OWNER guarantees and warranties, <br />affidavits of payments of claims and Record Drawings. <br /> <br />B. Required guarantees shall be bound in booklet form with covers properly <br />labeled to identify the project and content. <br /> <br />C. Maintain a complete set of Contract Documents at the project site and on which <br />maintain a complete record of actual construction which differs from what is <br />shown in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1. Show actual installed locations of buried pipe and conduit and other matters <br />or equipment which is indicated diagrammatically. <br /> <br />2. Make markings in a neat, legible manner and full identified and/or explained <br />by notes. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED SECTIONS <br /> <br />A. Conditions of the Contract: Fiscal provisions, legal submittals and additional <br />administrative requirements. <br /> <br />B. Project Record Documents - Division 1. <br /> <br />C. Closeout Procedures - Division 1. <br /> <br />1.03 FINAL INSPECTION <br /> <br />A. When the CONTRACTOR considers the work is complete, he shall submit <br />written certification that: <br /> <br />1. Contract Documents have been reviewed. <br /> <br />2. Work has been inspected for compliance with Contract Documents. <br /> <br />3.
