SECTION 02775 <br /> <br />SIDEWALKS <br /> <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. Furnish labor, equipment, and material required for cutting, removing, <br />protecting, and replacing existing sidewalks of the various types encountered, <br />removed or damaged under this Contract. <br /> <br />B. Provide damage protection for adjacent concrete driveways, sidewalk, and curb <br />and gutters within the work area. <br /> <br />C. Furnish labor, equipment, and material required for installation of sidewalks of <br />the various types specified under this Contract. <br /> <br />1.02 PAYMENT <br /> <br />A. If payment items have not been established in the Proposal for the removal and <br />replacement of concrete sidewalks, the cost for such work shall be included in <br />the overall Project Bid. <br /> <br />B. If payment items have not been established in the Proposal for new concrete <br />sidewalks, the cost for such work shall be included in the overall Project Bid. <br /> <br />C. No other compensation will be provided. <br /> <br />1.03 REFERENCES <br /> <br />A.
