Partial or incomplete submissions will be returned to the CONTRACTOR <br />without review. <br /> <br />C. Data to be submitted shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Catalog Data consisting of specifications, illustrations and a parts schedule <br />that identifies the materials to be used for the various piping components <br />and accessories. <br /> <br />a. The illustrations shall be in sufficient detail to serve as a guide for <br />assembly and disassembly. <br /> <br />2. Complete layout and installation drawings with clearly marked dimensions. <br /> <br />a. Piece numbers, which are coordinated with the tabulated pipe layout <br />schedule, shall be clearly marked. <br /> <br />b. Scale and size of the drawings shall conform to the specifications in the <br />General Conditions. <br /> <br />c. Piping layout drawings shall indicate the following information; pipe <br />supports, location, support type, hanger rod size, insert type and the load <br />on the hanger in pounds. <br /> <br />3. Weight of all component parts. <br /> <br />4. Design calculations where specified. <br /> <br />5. Tabulated pipe layout schedule, which shall include information for pipe and <br />fittings, restrained joints, service, pipe size, working pressure, wall thickness, <br />and piece number. <br /> <br />1.04 Manufacturer’s Recommendations <br /> <br />A. Where installation procedures are required to be in conformance with the <br />recommendations of the manufacturer of the material being installed, printed <br />copies of these recommendations shall be furnished to the ENGINEER prior to <br />the installation. <br /> <br />1.05 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> <br />A.
