SECTION 01312 <br /> <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br /> <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br /> <br />A. The ENGINEER shall schedule and administer pre-construction meetings, <br />periodic progress meetings, and specially called meetings throughout the <br />progress of work. <br /> <br />B. For these meetings the ENGINEER shall: <br /> <br />1. Prepare agenda for meetings. <br /> <br />2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br /> <br />3. Preside at meetings. <br /> <br />4. Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> <br />5. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within five (5) working days after <br />each meeting. <br /> <br />a. To participants in the meeting. <br /> <br />b. To parties affected by decisions made at the meeting. <br /> <br />C. Representatives of CONTRACTOR, subcontractors, and suppliers attending <br />meetings shall be qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each <br />represents. <br /> <br />D. The CONTRACTOR shall attend meetings to ascertain that work is executed <br />consistent with Contract Documents and construction schedules. <br /> <br />1.02 RELATED SECTIONS <br /> <br />A.
