Costs for pre-construction video survey are to <br />be incorporated into item 1. <br /> <br />1 Mobilization and Demobilization (5%) 1 LS <br />2 Maintenance of Traffic Including <br />Construction Sequencing 1 LS <br />SUBTOTAL ITEMS 1-2 $_____________ <br /> <br /> <br />The lump sum (LS) price for (phased) clearing & stripping shall include but not be limited to temporary storage, removal <br />and proper disposal of existing ground coverings, bus shelters, asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curb & gutter, concrete <br />pavement, limerock and subgrade (where applicable), and/or all other organic material from right of way to right of way <br />as necessary to perform the work stipulated in these contract documents. The lump sum price shall also include but not <br />be limited to removal, protection, storage of existing signs, decorative stone, landscaping, and sprinkler systems existing <br />within the work zone. All items shall be restored to as existing (such as existing pavers) or better condition and as per <br />plans.
