They are generally representative of the work that will be <br />required by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all quantities prior to bid. The Contractor shall <br />ensure that ALL work for the proposed right-of-way improvements is completed for the TOTAL price submitted on this Bid Form. <br />The Bidder, by signing this Bid Form and Contract fully acknowledges that he/she will receive no additional compensation (no <br />overhead, no anticipated profits etc.), other than the bid unit price of these items times the number of items authorized, ordered, <br />installed and accepted by the City; unless it can be proven and agreed to in writing by the City that additional work is required <br />(prior to commencement of additional work).
