  <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach | Invitation to Bid No. 17‐05‐01  67    <br />  <br /> <br /> 5.1.4.7 STUMP GRINDER <br /> <br />M10 This bid item is to provide a fully functioning and properly <br />maintained stump grinder. <br /> <br /> 5.1.4.8 GRAPPLE LOADER <br /> <br />M11 This bid item is to provide a fully functioning and properly <br />maintained grapple loader with a 30 cubic yard capacity. <br /> <br /> 5.1.4.9 BULLDOZER INCLUDING OPERATOR <br /> <br />M12 thru M13 This bid item is to provide a fully functioning and properly <br />maintained bulldozer with competent operator. <br /> <br /> <br />5.1.5 N. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (see section N of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />This bid item is to include the supplying of all necessary materials, supplies, labor, <br />equipment, fuel, and other miscellaneous necessities to conduct the following tasks. Such <br />work shall be considered as miscellaneous items which are subject to the City’s final <br />approval. Upon approval, the City will pay the contractor based on the labor rate specified <br />in the Bid Form, Section N, of the Bid Cost Proposal. For work requested beyond the <br />provided labor rates, the City’s Project Manager may request quotes from other contractors <br />for the stated miscellaneous items. <br /> <br /> <br />N1 REPLACE / REPAIR NETTING <br /> <br />Repair or replace any netting or screening at the baseball field in Pelican <br />Community Park and soccer field at Senator Gwen Margolis Park. The repairs are <br />to be made only upon authorization of the City, but the Bidders are responsible for <br />immediately notifying the City of any holes or openings that are found during the <br />daily servicing and inspection of the park. The repairs will be done to industry <br />standards and shall follow the recommendations of the manufacturer. <br /> <br />N2 PRESSURE CLEAN VARIOUS CITY FACILITIES <br /> <br />Pressure clean various City facilities and sidewalk areas with a 3500 PSI pressure <br />washer, as specifically directed by the City. This proposal item is to include 2 <br />persons and is intended to cover unique situations such as an accident that leaves <br />debris or staining on the City’s sidewalks, streets and/or parking lots, bus shelters, <br />or other areas as specified by the City.
