City of Sunny Isles Beach | Invitation to Bid No. 17‐05‐01 71 BID FORM for LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES Basic Services (“Recurring Monthly”) Section NOTE: The quantities shown in this Bid Form are estimates only! They may vary significantly from the actual quantities ordered by the City. Payments shall be for the units ordered, placed, and accepted by the City. The Bidders, by signing this Bid Form and Contract, fully acknowledges that he/she will receive no additional compensation (no overhead, no anticipated profits, etc.) other than the proposal unit price of the items times the number of items authorized, ordered, placed, and accepted by the City. The following work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform and maintain the City’s landscape maintenance needs for City Facilities, Bus Shelters, Beach Access Paths, Parks and Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with the Performance Standards, Technical Specifications and Scope of Services detailed herein.
