11. TERMINATION. <br />A. Prior to the exercise of its uption to terminate rur ca,we, the City shall notify <br />the Luntractor of ;ts violation of the particular terms of the agreement and grant Contractor ten <br />(10) days to c...c auuh dcrn.tt. If the dLrault remains ,,,,cured after ten (10) days the City may <br />terminate this agreement. <br />(i.)
