Any employee or job applicant who tecEives a positive confirmed drug tesi result may contest or

<br />the MRO; the medical review omcer shall repots a positive test result back to the Company, ano that

<br />Health Care Administra-tion.
<br />GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OR CORRECTIVE ACTION

<br />An employee bringing onto FirstService Residendal's premises or property, or the premises or
<br />property of rirst5ervice Residential's clients; ;,,clr,ding parking lots, having possessiotl of being
<br />udder the influence of or possessing in the employee's cony, blood ur ,.rine in any detectable
<br />amount; or usinb, cunau,,,ing, tramsferring, selling or attempt;ng to sell or transfer any form or -illegal
<br />drug as defined above while on First5err;cu- R=ident;al's business or at any time during the hours
<br />between the beginning and ending of the employee's work day, whether on dut, r,r n -t, and whether
<br />on FirstSe..:ce Resident;al's ur clients' business, prupetty or t,uL_ is subject to corrective action_
<br />including discharge, even for the first aff-nze. Failur to subra;t to the requited drag test is grounds
<br />fur corrective action including discharge. Carrying an unopened alcoholic beverabe to be given ur
<br />received as a sift du,;ng special occasions (e.g., birthday or as a holiday present) will not be a
<br />violation of this policy.
<br />B. Alcohol Abuse
<br />An employee who is under the influence of alcoholic beverabes at any time while on Firz(SeMce
<br />Residential business or at any tine during the hours between the beginning and endinb of the
<br />employee -s work Clay, whether on duty or not, and whether ou FirstSErvice Residential or customer
<br />bu,;=gess, propetty or not, is subject to corrective action includins discharse, even fur the first
<br />uffe„se.

<br />Any employee or job applicant who the Company is advised has a positive confinneo drus test,
<br />including for alcohol; n ill be subject to discharge even fur the first uffense.
<br />D. DA ug Conviction
<br />easy employee who has a urug conv;ctiur, shall report such drug con,,;ctiun to Human Resources
<br />within five days from the date of the conviction. First5ervice rcesiaential ma, rerort the con,,;ction
<br />to an, federal, state or local agency with which the c ployer has a contract and is otherwise requirm
<br />by law to report. f► failure to report a drus conviction may result in correction action.
