DAILY METHODOLOGY <br />LOIS i RHCTOR REPRESENTATIVE: <br />The reprZ:5entativa ..ill a. rive on -Ate daily, Monday through Friday at a designated meeting <br />place ..ithin the City of Sunny Isle limit to meet with thr assigned crew and prepare for the <br />day'3 5cheduled duties. The repre,entative will make sore all employees are wearing Plr and <br />safety vest along with their standard uniforms identifying them as employees of [uRes <br />Landscapi{ig. Oar primary focal will be to assign personnel to completely clean all litter and <br />debris that was created from the previous evening. In oreer to insure thi3, oar Sited employee3 <br />will be assigned specific areas to patrol and clean all litter and dzbr13. The goal 6 to have all <br />Contractual areas litter -free as soon as possible. During litter in,pectivn cIo3e attention will be <br />made and noted to any areas reziuirin5 inril�lediate attention, i.e., auto damage, pedestrian <br />damage, etc. Upon completion Lf all litter rGrnoVal, the contractor's representative will assign <br />all dutie3 3chedoled for that day. After employees are ,et up in their assigned areas (MOT if <br />applicable will be u3cd) the repre3entative will munitur and sapervibe the daily work. <br />The irrigation technician will perform (continuous)_ wet checks. Any necessary adjustments or <br />repair3 will bz made at that time. The contraETur's representative will coordinate with City to <br />provide all additional services_ such as arbor care_ pest control, fertilization, installation of <br />a-nuals_ etc._ to adhere to the provided monthly schedules. iMe contractor3 representative <br />.:;pect all areas serviced that day to be sure scheduled work hn3 be -1[.n ,at6factLrily <br />completed and all debris has been removed off-site. K—mthly 3chedaled in3pection3 will occur <br />with our assigned arborist, certified pest :.vntrol operator and irrigation 3pEcialist in order to <br />note any eeficiencies or any conlzern3. Prior tv the day -3 end, an additional end -of -day litter <br />service will occur. <br />A weekend crew ,,.ill work on Saturday, and Sondays to perform all assigned duties as required <br />by contract. An additional crew will be assigned for all annual replacements. installation of <br />mulch, tree trimming, pest control_ and all other services not addressee Baily, onsite per3c;nnel. <br />There will be times when Eukes [andscaping will sena multiple crew3 in order to be a5 efficient <br />as possible and minimize the impact to tRe Parks. An example of this wuold be to a»ign <br />multiple tree trimming crews which would work in tandem in order to expedite and take fall <br />advantage of rvooi set-up.
