The cost of the MOT shall be taken <br />into consideration and all traffic control costs shall be a part of the unit pricz bid and shall not b- <br />paid for separately. Within thirty (30) days of Contract E-Aecution, the Contractor must <br />curlpler an assessment to datermire what repairs are required at each Project Sitc- to bring <br />each Irrigation System to full operations at no additional cost to the City. This assessment will <br />provide a dctalled breakdown by Project Site of the repair work required and cv-,t of repair. <br />Contractor will be responsible for each Irrigation ,ystem once It i, fully operational. <br />mll Improved and existing areas must receive sufficlenL amount, of water to Flower beds, turf and <br />landst-aping a5 nect—:bsary to present a uniform green color without browning or barren areas <br />resulting from lack of water.
