® Drug Free Workplace Program <br /> ® SFM Services is committed to providing a safe, efficient and productive work environment for <br /> ® all employees and for that we have a drug free policy, employees may be asked to provide <br /> ® body substances samples (such as urine and/or blood) to determine the illicit or illegal use of <br /> ® drugs and alcohol. Complete drug Screening of all job candidates prior to start of assignments <br /> 5. Alcohol and Drug screening in the event of work-related accidents <br /> ® 6. Formal and informal counseling by trained supervisors <br /> 0 <br /> 0 <br /> Hiring Format <br /> ® Prior to commencement of work SFM performs investigative background checks for all <br /> ® employees.
