The following shall be available for inspection at every work site where tree trimming is <br /> being carried out: ` <br /> o A copy of the company's Broward County Tree Trimmer license j <br /> o Proof of the company's current insurance coverage 4 <br /> o At least one person should possess a current Tree Trimmer training card. <br /> Current training cards reflect that training was completed within <br /> o the past two(2)years , <br /> o Picture identification issued by a government entity or agency <br /> 2. At least one trained person must be available at every work site where tree trimming is \..- <br /> ;\ being carried out. <br /> 3. The company's Tree Trimmer license number shall be prominently displayed on both <br /> 1 sides of vehicles used in tree trimming. • <br /> 4. Tree trimmer license number must appear in ads offering tree trimming and/or removal <br /> Iservices. Advertisements include business cards, telephone directory advertisements, <br /> 1 /- quotes for tree services, flyers and vehicles advertising tree services. <br /> 44111P <br /> . <br /> 5. License holders shall ensure that all employees engaged in tree trimming are adequately <br /> trained regarding safety procedures in accordance with applicable federal and state law <br /> f including the federal Occupational Saftey and Health Act of 1970(OSHA). <br /> 6.
