Purpose <br /> This document provides the means to provide a safe and healthy workplace. All sections of this <br /> written plan are an integral part of the program to keep all of the Superior Landscaping and <br /> Lawn Service employees and clients safe. This plan is divided into three sections for the ease of <br /> use by the employees. These sections are: <br /> Section I — Purpose and Scope <br /> Section II —Policies and Procedures <br /> Section III — Forms and Checklists <br /> This program uses terms such as "Shall" and "Must". Those sections are mandatory and must <br /> be followed by all Superior Landscaping and Lawn Service at all time. Terms such as "may" and <br /> "should" are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. <br /> All deviations from this plan must have the written approval of the company president prior to <br /> proceeding. <br /> 5 <br />
