Services include the design of master <br /> plans, housing prototypes and regulations that emphasize human scale, historic context, public open <br /> spaces and the pedestrian realm for neighborhoods In the City of Sunny Isles Beach and also have the <br /> capabilities to perform grant writing for FEMA, Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida. In addition, <br /> In compliance with Florida Department of Economic Opportunity(DEO)Florida Statutes regulations. <br /> All survey work prepared for the City or through the City's Consultants shall comply with the Minimum <br /> Technical Standards for Land Surveys in the State of Florida for work In commercial/high risk areas and <br /> any applicable state laws, regulations or other requirements.
