Total $12,900.00 add <br /> Add-on 2: Five (5) year complete Unit Parts & Labor Warranty with inspection & preventive maintenance (quarterly <br /> inspection per year) Total$67,505.00 add <br /> - 3 operational inspections per year <br /> - 1 annual inspection with condenser coil cleaning per year <br /> *Emergency phone calls and pumps are NOT covered under this agreement <br /> Annual Inspection <br /> 1. Inspect for refrigerant and oil leaks. <br /> 2. Inspect vibration eliminators and water piping for leaks. <br /> 3. Check freeze protection, evaporator and piping heaters, glycol content if applicable. <br /> 4. Check and blow down water piping strainers. <br /> 5. Check refrigerant in sightglass. <br /> 6. Check compressor oil presence in sightglass,if applicable. <br /> 7. Inspect and tighten electrical connections. <br /> 8. Check relays and operating/safety controls. <br /> 9. Check crankcase heater operation. <br /> 10. Meg hermetic motor. <br /> 11. Check operation of electronic expansion valve. <br /> 12. Check and clean condenser coils,clean debris from around condenser, air cooled units. <br /> 13. Check condenser fan operation, air cooled units. <br /> Operating Inspection <br /> 1. Inspect for refrigerant and oil leaks. <br /> 2. Inspect vibration eliminators and inspect water piping for leaks. <br /> 3. Check and blow down water piping strainers. <br /> 4. Check refrigerant in sightglass. <br /> 5. Check compressor oil presence in sightglass, if applicable. <br /> 6. Inspect and tighten electrical connections. <br /> 7.
