Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Claudia Hasbun, Planning & Zoning Director <br />DATE: 7/20/2017 <br />RE: Jade Signature Art Component "Bonhomme Universe" <br />by Daniel Knorr <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />This resolution is presented for your consideration. <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant is requesting approval for the installation of art <br />component by Daniel Knorr called "Bonhomme Universe" located at <br />the east side of Jade Signature project located at 16901 Collin Avenue <br />as described herein in Exhibit A. <br />The art component is in compliance with the section Art in Public <br />Places (104.4.2A and C) of City of Sunny Isles Beach Code of <br />Ordinance. It will be installed within the limits of property lines by a <br />professional artist to create the "Bonhomme Universe" on the depicted <br />area. <br />Staff does not have any objection to the installation of the art <br />component for Jade Signature provided that the conditions set forth are <br />satisfied. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Description <br />Resolution <br />:: <br />
