<br /> CSOSA is a federal, executive-branch agency with the mission to enhance public safety,
<br /> prevent crime, and reduce recidivism among those supervised and to support the fair
<br /> administration of justice in close collaboration with the community. CSOSA engaged IGS to
<br /> provide strategic communication support.
<br /> Baseline Assessment: Immediately following the kick-off meeting, IGS started the
<br /> research process. The team executed an internal and external assessment using
<br /> focus groups, questionnaires, and interviews.
<br /> Strategic Communications Plan Development: IGS compiled and analyzed the
<br /> results from our internal and external research to develop five customized strategic
