The experienced consultants on the IGS team confront <br /> 14 <br /> these types of situations head-on to prevent confusion or mixed messages that competing <br /> priorities cause. <br /> Contract invoicing is executed monthly. IGS follows the submission guidelines outlined in the <br /> RFP to be submitted by the 10th day of the following month. Prior to the first invoice <br /> statement, the account manager works with the SIBTMC POC to finalize the invoice <br /> structure. <br /> IGS prepares a monthly progress report on the status of each task and submits it to SIBTMC. <br /> The monthly report includes an updated project timeline that shows which deliverables are <br /> outstanding and the date they are expected to be completed. The SIBTMC POC is also able <br /> to see the deliverables that have been completed and the date each one was approved <br /> and accepted. By looking at the project timeline, the SIBTMC POC knows which IGS team <br /> member is assigned to each deliverable and which SIBTMC team member is the point of <br /> contact. The notes section on the project timeline gives a quick description of the <br /> deliverable and lists any milestones or challenges. <br /> ill Media Relations <br /> The media relations landscape is always evolving, making it even more challenging to cut <br /> through the clutter and deliver messages that resonate with key audiences. IGS media <br /> relations experts understand this ever-evolving landscape—a truly hybrid model of <br /> traditional and social outlets—and know how to land stories for clients. In media relations, <br /> we take a highly strategic and targeted approach by fusing great storytelling with <br /> compelling facts and rich multimedia assets. <br /> All of our media experts work closely with clients to develop compelling stories, visuals, and <br /> social media content; target the right media; and prepare clients for interviews so that <br /> messages are delivered effectively for the best coverage. <br /> Our media relations team will work with SIBTMC to ensure that appropriate media <br /> coverage goals are defined and measured. We'll ask what the most important outcome is <br /> and then develop a customized approach to measure the coverage results. Based on <br /> SIBTMC's needs, the coverage results can be as simple as counting the number of stories <br /> resulting from media outreach or as extensive as measuring tone of voice, message <br /> delivery, comparisons against competitors, and more. We use a straightforward, <br /> substantive, results-based model that recognizes that a static, one-size-fits-all approach is <br /> ineffective, and even detrimental, in the competitive, complex, and fast-moving media <br /> space in which the SIBTMC operates.
