REFERENCES - <br /> <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) public or private sector clients’ references <br />of current and past customers of which they have provided services within the past <br />five (5) years of similar scope and size of those described herein. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on client’s letterhead. <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person name, email address, <br />office location and phone number. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's <br />ability, qualifications and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it <br />deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />6.1 Provide a detailed description of comparable contracts (similar in scope of <br />services to those requested herein) which the Proposer has either ongoing or <br />completed within the past three years. The description should identify for each <br />project: (i) client, (ii) description of work, (iii) total dollar value of the contract, (iv) <br />dates covering the term of the contract, (v) client contact person and phone number, <br />(vi) statement of whether Proposer was the prime contractor or subcontractor, and <br />(vii) the results of the project. Where possible, list and describe those projects <br />performed for government clients or similar size private entities (excluding any work <br />performed for the City) <br /> <br />7.
