<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 17-11-01 27 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 Review of Proposals For Responsiveness <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is sub mitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br />responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br />represents the best values to the City in conformity with Section 62-8 of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />4.2 Qualifications <br /> <br />Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br />1. Firm’s Qualifications Experience with Governmental Entities <br /> <br />2. Client References <br /> <br />3. Resources and Availability (Equipment, as listed in Attachment B) <br /> <br />4. Firm’s Financial Stability <br /> <br />5. Vendor Proximity to City <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />In order to be considered responsive, Proposers shall, at a minimum, demonstrate <br />compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in their proposal. All <br />requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the Proposal to <br />confirm that the Proposer has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be <br />properly evaluated as listed herein. Proposers failing to meet these requirements <br />shall be deemed non responsive. The Proposer shall, at the time of Proposal <br />submittal, time of award, and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue <br />to meet the following Pre-qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the <br />Solicitation Documents. <br /> <br /> Proposers must have, as a prime contractor, a minimum of 5 years of <br />experience in projects of similar size and scope.
