A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br /> requirements of this solicitation that indudes all documentation,is submitted in the format <br /> • outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br /> ® required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br /> proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest <br /> ® responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and <br /> represents the best values to the City in conformity with Section 62-8 of the Code of <br /> • Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> 4.2 Qualifications <br /> ® Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> Technical Qualifications <br /> 0 1. Vendor Proximity to City <br /> ® 4.2.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> O In order to be considered responsive, Proposers shall,at a minimum,demonstrate <br /> ® compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in their proposal. All <br /> ® requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the Proposal to <br /> ® confirm that the Proposer has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be <br /> properly evaluated as listed herein. Proposers failing to meet these requirements <br /> shall be deemed non responsive.
