No. Z2012 -14 (TDRs) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff has no objection to the TDRs assignment provided that all conditions for the Site <br />Plan are satisfied. <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant has acquired 58,500 square feet and 30 dwelling units of private TDRs <br />from the private TDR bank owned by RK Associates VIII, Inc.
