SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services under this proposal consists of providing design,construction documents, <br /> and construction administration to revise the streetscape improvement construction documents <br /> submitted on March,31,2011. For the purpose of this proposal,the following statements and <br /> assumptions are made with respect to the work required: <br /> • Incorporate the comments made by the building department as included in Plan Review <br /> Report-2 dated 8/31/2012 (attached). <br /> • Make modifications to the existing design to comply with requests made by you in an <br /> email received on 10/25/2012(attached). <br /> • Provide a Soils Analysis/Report which will include soil boring tests and foundation <br /> recommendations. <br /> • Provide 3D renderings which will show the new design. <br /> • Provide technical specifications to be used for bidding and award. <br /> IL BASIC SERVICS <br /> A. SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE <br /> LIVS Associates will develop a schematic design of the proposed landscape area for <br /> presentation to the City of Sunny Isles.These drawings will consist of plans,elevations, <br /> M`C QEn f color renderings and 3D drawings and animations. <br /> -- ---- B.
