CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br /> = 18070 Collins Avenue ., <br /> ° Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 0" <br /> 305.947.0606 o , <br /> www.sibfl net �=ln • <br /> h 1 OP 4' <br /> err,Jf SUN'aa <br /> 3.6.1 CONCESSION AMENITIES <br /> The successful proposer will have use and access to the following equipment <br /> • Large Industrial Refrigerator/Freezer <br /> • Sink <br /> • Microwave <br /> • Ice Cream Case <br /> • Ice Machine <br /> Any additional equipment needed by the concessionaire will have to be supplied at the <br /> vendors own cost. <br /> 3.6.2 TASK <br /> The successful proposer will be required to perform the following tasks: <br /> • Maintain and operate the concession area in a clean and professional manner to all <br /> park patrons. <br /> • Provide concession food sales on weekends, including at a minimum hot dogs, soda, <br /> water, and popcorn. <br /> • Option to provide concession sales on weekday evenings and at certain City special <br /> events. <br /> 3.6.3 PARK AMENITIES <br /> The park amenities are little league baseball field, outdoor playground area, picnic tables, <br /> indoor basketball gymnasium, and a 15,000 sqft Community Center, with multipurpose <br /> rooms and administrative offices. <br /> 3.6.4 PARKING <br /> Vendor will be assigned parking as per Employee parking policy, along Atlantic Boulevard <br /> or North Bay Road, with assigned permit. <br /> 3.6.5 OPERATING HOURS <br /> The successful proposer shall operate the concessionaire services during normal <br /> operating hours of the Pelican Community Park, which are 8:30am — 9:00pm, from <br /> Monday through Saturday, and 8:30am — 5:00pm on Sunday. <br /> 3.6.6 SPECIAL EVENTS <br /> This venue hosts a variety of activities and events throughout the year: <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach I Request for Proposal No. 12-10-02 16 <br />
