As athletic director and one of the people who was and has been directly <br /> involved with Steve Coleman and the rest of the ProGrass team, I can give them my highest <br /> recommendation. <br /> Beginning with our first contact with Pro Grass; the professionalism, knowledge and attention <br /> to all details relative to the specific needs of our project were second to none. ProGrass was <br /> directly involved in all phases of the process. Their project manager and crew were friendly, <br /> helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They completed the work on time and we were more <br /> tthan satisfied with the look and the feel of the new surface. <br /> ProGrass service after the installation has also been fantastic. I have always been able to reach <br /> a representative the same day I call to schedule annual maintenance, ask questions about <br /> proper grooming or schedule minor repairs. <br /> The entire installation process went smoothly and the service after the sale has been <br /> outstanding. Our coaches and athletes along with our competitors and even the officials <br /> comment on how amazed they are with the product. They simply love it. To this day, after six <br /> years, Bolles is excited about the field and thankful that the decision was made to purchase <br /> from ProGrass. The field today still looks; feels and plays as well as it did the first season.
