Our <br /> company directly employs five installation crews consisting of five employees per crew. Each <br /> crew is equipped with a truck, trailer, and equipment for the full installation of any synthetic <br /> turf project. Pro Grass, directly employing our installers, is capable of controlling all aspects <br /> the project and meeting the timeline set forth in this RFP. Our firm is represented locally, <br /> Tampa Bay, by Steve Coleman, Regional Vice President of Sales. The following is a list of our <br /> proposed team and responsibilities: <br /> Mark Weightman - Vice President of Management Operation <br /> Mark is involved in the pricing of the project, directing the project management department, <br /> scheduling of personnel and sub-contractors, weekly project meetings, and the daily general <br /> responsibilities of each Pro grass project. <br /> Todd Rush - Contract Administration <br /> Todd is involved in the preliminary issues of the pricing and bid requirements, project <br /> bond(s), insurance requirements, contract creation and review, and the daily assistance of <br /> project issues as they occur. <br /> Nic Borling - Project Manager <br /> Nic's responsibilities are project specific as to the project requirements and the owner's <br /> 1 concerns. Nic duties involve submittals, job coordination of the suppliers, subcontractors, <br /> employees, and communication between the owner Pro Grass administrations. <br /> Joe Gaeta - CAD, Purchasing Manager <br /> Joe provides all project "shop" drawings, material purchasing, and works directly with the <br /> synthetic turf manufacturer as it relates to the turf order. Additionally, Joe provides our <br /> installers with a customized seam/installation plan for a successful installation. <br /> 1 Darren Spencer - Director of Turf Installations <br /> Darren coordinates the scheduling of every Pro Grass installation and scheduling of the crews. <br /> Pro Grass Field Superintendents - See Attached resumes <br /> Our superintendents are responsible for the in-filled synthetic turf installation.
