,L:1 Tradition.Excellence.Innovation.
District su0aon a operronons Center
717 Union Street
® Spartanburg saartonOUrD,w 23306
36:.59:4500
school SDIEN 6E_.59n4395
District _ .._
November 30. 2012
To Whom It May Concern:
In 2008 Spartanburg School District 7 decided to install a new Mondo FTS Turf System
field to be encompassed by a new Mondotrack SX Track. Medallion Athletic Products,
Inc. and several other reputable turf system/track installers bid on our project. In
evaluation of the bid responses. the district considered several factors including cost,
company background and experience, and reference responses. It was clear to us that
Medallion Athletic Products, Inc. was the team we wanted to work with.
Personally being involved with the day-to-day construction process, I was amazed at the
courteous and professional manners of the complete Medallion staff throughout the
project. They adjusted to our athletic schedules and were cognizant of housekeeping and
maintained the curb appeal of our campus. Medallion was supportive in assisting us with
recommendations for unforeseen site soil conditions that were most beneficial to the
® District with interactions to cost and time.
We have been very happy with our facilities and were especially excited to be recognized
by the American Sports Builders Association as one of the Distinguished Sports Fields at
the 2010 ASBA Honors Program. I would highly recommend Medallion Athletic
Products. Inc. to any district seeking competitively priced, quality artificial turf systems
and/or tracks.
Sincerely,
Z 6.9
Myles Wilson, CAA
AD for Athletic Facilities& Operations.
411
