(RDC) respectfully submits the following proposal for the design and <br /> construction of the artificial Turf fields for Senator Gwen Margolis Park and Pelican Community Park. <br /> 1. SENATOR GWEN MARGOLIS PARK <br /> • To provide Design and Construction Services to include all design, engineering, permitting, supervision <br /> for the construction of the Synthetic Field to include all excavation, base work, Field under drain system, <br /> drainage connections, concrete curbing, wood nailer, restoration of damage areas and clean up. <br /> • Synthetic Turf shall have a 2" pile height with a 10 Year Warranty. <br /> Total for Senator Gwen Margolis Park $697,430.00. <br /> 2. PELICAN COMMUNITY PARK <br /> • To provide Design and Construction Services to include all design, engineering, permitting, supervision <br /> for the construction of the Synthetic Field to include all excavation, base work, Field under drain system, <br /> drainage connections, concrete curbing, wood nailer, natural clay at pitcher's mound and batter box, <br /> restoration of damage areas and clean up. <br /> • Synthetic Turf shall have a 2" pile height with a 10 Year Warranty. <br /> Total for Pelican Community Park $489,085.00 <br /> ®PRICING CONDITIONS/CONTINGENCIES: <br /> RDC reserves its right to negotiate the following terms and conditions of the contract. <br /> Section 2.10 Insurance: <br /> 1. Types of coverage that is not available and policy. "Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual <br /> Exclusions removed, with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br /> Property Damage Liability" is unacceptable to our insurance carrier and it is not available. <br /> 2. Limits that require additional premium to obtain. <br /> 3. Sub contractors or vendors will not carry E&O coverage or limits of liability as RDC. <br /> 4. RDC's Umbrella would have to be increased by $1,000,000.00 at additional cost to be determined. <br /> 2.16 Warranty: <br /> 1. RDC's proposal included an eight (8) year warranty issued by the manufacture of the synthetic turf and a <br /> warranty for one (1) year for materials and workmanship. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer <br /> and are not covered under Performance and Payment Bonds provided by RDC.
