RFQ No. 17-12-0111 Dear Members of the Selection Committee, On behalf of Perkins+Will, we are pleased to present our qualifications for interior architectural services for lobby and community center renovations/remodeling for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Perkins+Will has an extensive and ongoing working relationship with the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Many of the team members proposed for this opportunity are the same team that completed design services for the Sunny Isles Government Center Annex project. Additionally, Carlos Vilato and I both collaborated with the City of Sunny Isles in the completion of the first phase of the Government Center(while • at another firm). We take great pride in our long-standing relationship as "design professionals to the City of Sunny Isles Beach" having partnered with the City when it was first incorporated in 1997 and working closely with Mayor Samson to ensure his vision for the Government Center was realized. We understand the requirements to successfully deliver projects in the City, including local codes and permitting regulations. We have designed a wide range of interior renovation projects including municipal campuses, civic facilities, lobbies, common areas and workplaces, leveraging a body of research and knowledge that provides our clients with exclusive, cutting-edge insights.
