CONSTRUCTION COST: <br /> $11,000,000 <br /> During the programming phase of the project, Song + Associates' mission was to improve <br /> I former work space layouts, separate public service areas from private meeting spaces, and PROJECT SIZE: <br /> provide logical circulation patterns to create a highly efficient environment for both visitors 37,000 GSF Total <br /> and employees.Song+Associates also designed a system furniture lay-out based on interviews <br /> I conducted throughout the design process.The functional requirements shaped the sizes and <br /> space relationships that defined the final floor plan.
