Interactive design workshops were held throughout the design and <br /> SERVICES PROVIDED: documentation phases with the City Managers,Commissioners,and the Mayor as well as <br /> Master Planning business and community leaders. The project is hoped to serve as a catalyst for further <br /> Programming economic growth by attracting private developers to the surrounding sites to create a <br /> I Architectural&Interior Design thriving mixed-use center. <br /> Engineering(sub-consultants) <br /> Construction Administration The new Municipal Complex for the City of Coral Springs will become the centerpiece of <br /> DESIGN COMPONENTS: the Downtown Core CRA District. The 5.8 acre site will include: <br /> New City Hall • A New City Hall of 75,000 SF <br /> US Post Office • Commission Chamber of 150 seats <br /> IArt Musuem • Meeting Rooms for Community Organizations <br /> Parking Garage • Chamber of Commerce <br /> Commission Chambers • Future Retail+Cultural Space <br /> • Civic Plaza <br /> I CONSTRUCTION COST: • Pedestrian Connection to City's Art Walk <br /> $25,000,000 • Parking Garage for 600 cars <br /> PROJECT SIZE: The following team members worked on this project: <br /> I 74,000 GSF Architect:Song+Associates <br /> MEP Engineering:TLC <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPLETION: Civil Engineering: Miller Legg <br /> 2017 est.
