In regards to the 5 year limit,will there be consideration to projects that are a little older than <br /> that,say projects that were completed in the past ten years,due to the economy coming out <br /> of a recession? <br /> A. For this criteria, evaluation will be focused on government projects of similar size and scope <br /> within the past 5 years. As noted in Section 5 (item E) of the RFQ "Concentrate only on those <br /> services rendered by the Firm within the past five (5) years, which mostly match the scope of <br /> services." <br /> 2. In Section 5, Item E, it states "...references for work within the last 5 years, PREFERABLY from <br /> government agencies..." On Reference Questionnaire, it requests "...3 difference government <br /> agency reference other than the City of Sunny Isles..." Please clarify whether we can submit <br /> references that are not from a government agency. <br /> A. References other than government entities may be submitted, however government and <br /> L local government references are preferred. <br /> . If references MUST be from a government agency,can we use agencies that we've worked <br /> with but not necessarily designed a civic/government building for? <br /> A. Projects must have been for a similar scope as requested in the RFQ. <br /> 4. Section 5, Item E,the City of Sunny Isles is requesting copies of executed agreement. Is this <br /> mandatory?Our client agreements are confidential at the request of our client and our legal <br /> department. <br /> A. Please submit executed agreement(s), if any,for the past 5 years between firm and <br /> government agency(only include documents which are deemed public records).
