Russo, City Manager . <br /> FROM: Susan Simpson,Assistant City Manager <br /> DATE: . 1/18/2018 <br /> RE: Second Agreement to the Agreement with Calvin, <br /> Giordano&Associates, Inc. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This items is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach contracted with Calvin, Giordano & <br /> Associates, Inc. in February, 2017 for professional planning and <br /> zoning consulting services, civil and traffic engineering services, <br /> reporting for the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br /> (NPDES), and Public Works plan review. <br /> The City wishes to exercise its first option to renew the Agreement for <br /> one year in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original <br /> contract.
