RESOLUTION NO. 2018- 11" A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY RDR SEASHORE, LLC ("APPLICANT") TO PLACE A TEMPORARY SIGN AT THE RESIDENCES BY ARMANI CASA PROJECT LOCATED AT 18975 COLLINS AVENUE; SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, RDR Seashore LLC located at 315 S. Biscayne Boulevard, submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles Beach requesting to place one temporary banner for the approved Residences by Armani Casa Project; and WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place one temporary banner on the tower wall for the Residences by Armani Casa Project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approval of Temporary Banner. Pursuant to Section 265-14 of the Code of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the City Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the Applicant, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2. Section 2. Conditions. The Applicant is required to obtain all necessary permits for the installation of one banner and such banner must be installed according to plans submitted with this application. The banner cannot be relocated and/or replaced without prior approval from the City Manager. The banner must be removed from the tower no later than January 30th, 2019 unless an extension is provided by City Manager or designee. Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution Section 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective aon adoption.
