Sunny Isles, December 28th 2017 <br /> Dear Members of the Public Arts Advisory Committee <br /> My name is Patricia Finchelman, and I am a proud resident of the city of Sunny Isles <br /> Beach. <br /> For some time now, I was thinking about the way to better serve my city, and when I <br /> saw your request for this Committee, I understood that this is the exact place where I will <br /> be able to do my best. <br /> I am an Architect and Urban Planner, having studied for the degree at the University of <br /> Architecture and Urban Planning in Cordoba, Argentina. I worked as such for many <br /> years, and also specialized in landscape architecture,which was my pet interest. <br /> All along, I also studied painting, and painted as a hobby.
