<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the
<br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, in the David P. Samson Commission Chambers, Sunny Isles
<br /> Beach Government Center, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida on Thursday,
<br /> December 20,at 6:30 p.m., to consider the following Zoning application:
<br /> Application: Beachwalk Single Family Homes
<br /> Location: 18915, 18925, 18955, 18965, 18985, 19001, 19025, 19035 Atlantic Boulevard
<br /> Public Hearing#: Z2012-17
<br /> Summary:
<br /> The Applicant is requesting site plan approval for 15 single-family houses (15). Further, the
<br /> Applicant is requesting approval of a mural and graphics for a temporary construction fence.
<br /> Requests:
<br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development
<br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a site plan approval for the project entitled
<br /> "Beachwalk" for 15 single family homes of approximately 3,421 square feet each on
<br /> approximately 1.5 acre of land.
<br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 265-63.3 (G) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development
<br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting the use of graphics and murals on a temporary
<br /> construction fence.
<br /> The plans reviewed are on file, and may be examined, in the City Clerk's Office and are
<br /> entitled "Beachwalk", prepared by Kobi Karp, Architecture and Interior Design, Inc.
<br /> consisting of 32 sheets stamped date received November 26, 2012; the survey entitled
<br /> "Tentative Plat", prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, Inc., consisting of 2 sheets stamped
<br /> date received November 26, 2012; the Civil Plan prepared by VSN Engineering, Inc.
<br /> consisting of 7 sheets stamped date received November 26, 2012; and, the landscape
<br /> plans by Kobi Karp, Architecture and Interior Design, Inc. consisting of 5 sheets stamped
<br /> date received November 26, 2012.
<br /> Legal: Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, OCEAN BOULEVARD ESTATES SECTION "A",
<br /> according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, Page 39, of the Public Records
<br /> of Miami-Dade County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that portion of the West l of the
<br /> vacated alleyway lying East of and adjacent to Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, OCEAN
