• <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160 <br /> (305) 947-0606 phone (305) 949-3113 Fax <br /> providing for all sums which the Architect shall become legally obligated to pay as <br /> damages for claims to the extent caused by negligent acts, errors, or omissions <br /> - pertaining to professional services performed by the Architect. This insurance shall <br /> be maintained for three years after completion of the construction and acceptance <br /> of any Work covered by this Agreement. <br /> B. Commercial general liability insurance with broad form endorsement, including <br /> completed operations and products liability, contractual liability, severability of <br /> interests with cross liability provision, and personal injury and property damage <br /> liability-per the CG 00 01 or equivalent with' limits of One Million Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00) combined single limit per occurrence, Two Million Dollars <br /> ($2,000,000.00) general aggregate, and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) <br /> products/completed operations aggregate. Said policy or policies shall name <br /> Owner as additional insured. <br /> C. Workman's Compensation Insurance for the employees of Architect as required by <br /> Florida Statutes,Section 440,and employers' liability insurance with limits not less <br /> than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) each accident/disease-policy <br /> limit/disease-per employee. <br /> D. Business Automobile Liability which shall include coverage for all owned, non- <br /> owned and hired vehicles for minimum limits of not less than One Million Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00)combined single limit per accident. <br /> E. Other (or increased amounts of) insurance which Owner shall from time to time <br /> deem advisable or reasonably appropriate, at the Owner's expense when <br /> economically feasible and commercially available. Such new or additional <br /> insurance to.be effective as of the sooner of 90 days after notice thereof or the next <br /> annual renewal of any policy being increased (as applicable). <br /> F. All insurance policies identified in 16.8,except professional liability and workers' <br /> compensation/employer's liability, shall contain waiver of subrogation against <br /> Owner where applicable, shall expressly provide that such policy or policies are <br /> primary over any other collective insurance that Owner may have. <br /> G. All of the above insurance is to be placed with A.M. Best rated A-Excellent or <br /> better insurance companies,qualified or approved to do business under the laws of <br /> the State of Florida. <br /> H. Except as to 16.8A and 16.8C, the Owner shall be named as an additional insured <br /> under such policies, except professional liability and Workers' <br /> Compensation/Employer's Liability.
