Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Susan Simpson,Assistant City Manager <br /> DATE: 3/15/2018 <br /> Agreement with Perkins + Will for Architectural Design <br /> RE: Services for Gateway Park Internal Space Build-Out in <br /> an Amount Not to Exceed $400,000.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This item is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City issued Request for Qualifications No. 17-12-01 for <br /> Professional Architectural Services for Interior Remodeling at <br /> Government Center Lobby and at Gateway Park for Internal Space <br /> Build-Out. Through Resolution No. 2018-2779, the Commission <br /> ranked Perkins + Will as number one and authorized the City Manager <br /> to enter into an agreement with them for services. <br /> At this time, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with Perkins + <br /> Will for only the Gateway Park Internal Space Build-Out, as this is the <br /> priority, in an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. Final negotiated price <br /> will be based on the proposed Program Plan as discussed at this <br /> meeting. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> Proposed Program Plan includes the following listed by priority: <br /> 1.
