PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Application Number: Z2012-16 <br /> Application Summary: The Applicant is seeking site plan approval for a proposed <br /> development encompassing a 55 story, and 223 unit condominium <br /> with 646,978 square feet. The proposed project is intended to utilize <br /> the maximum 2.1 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonuses.
