The Property is comprised of two lots located <br /> east of Collins Avenue along the Atlantic Ocean. The Applicant has retained the world <br /> renowned architecture firm of Herzog & de Meuron to design an architectural landmark within <br /> the City. While internationally recognized, Herzong & de Meuron are also locally well known <br /> as the architects for the Miami Art Museum, presently under construction at Bicentennial Park in <br /> downtown Miami (see attached image), as well as the award wining mixed use (residential, retail <br /> and public parking garage) development located at 1111 Lincoln Road (see attached image). <br />
