BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost)The City of Riviera Beach, through their CRA, is revitalizing their Marina. This is the “Halo Project” for the City and has been in the planning stages for 20 years. CGA is providing the Civil Engineering design, permitting and construction document preparation as well Surveying, including Topographic Survey and Platting services. The design of this project features extensive drainage improvements including 2700 LF of Exfiltration Trench and more than two acres of Pervious Paver Streets and Pedestrian Areas. The drainage infrastructure supports nearly all the water quality and all of the water quantity treatment for the entire 40 acre site in just the eastern 13 acres. The majority of the on-site water mains and sewer mains will be relocated to accommodate the new buildings. This project features both a fast-track design and a collaborative team approach involving the CRA, City, and the Public. The first phase of the project is nearly complete and the CRA is already planning future development. <br />25.
