Her 20 years of experience includes coordination among project teams and regulatory agencies to acquire permits and secure/administer public funding. This experience includes a variety of projects in the coastal, waterfront, and marine environment involving coastal/waterfront resorts, residential/mixed-use structures, parks/other recreational facilities, docks & marinas, beach nourishment, stabilization/maintenance of inlets, beach, and inland shorelines including protective structures, stormwater drainage systems, coastal/marine habitat restoration, and other environmental enhancement projects. She regularly assists with the assessment of potential environmental impacts for proposed projects and represents clients in agency discussions of those impacts and potential mitigation.
<br />She has an in-depth understanding of the many regulations and procedures governing coastal/waterfront construction, and has worked with top environmental/ land use attorneys to support precedent-setting projects. Ms. Brush has regulatory permitting experience with the US EPA, FEMA, USACE, NOAA/Nat. Marine Fisheries Services, US Fish & Wildlife Service, FL DEP Coastal Construction Control Line, Joint Coastal, Environmental Resource and NPDES Permitting, FL Division of State Lands, FL Water Management Districts, FL Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, and various local planning, zoning, & environmental agencies.

<br />Field Management Plan. Includes waterway marker and boating restricted zone permitting with the USCG and FL Fish &

<br />includes a large parking pedestal and tower with amenity/pool deck. Worked closely with Miami-Dade County to process
<br />notices to proceed under their federal, state and county beach renourishment permits for a 28,500 c.y. beach fill project. Ms.
<br />Brush serves as Environmental Permitting Senior Project Manager.

<br />Prepared a Dune Master Plan (Plan) that addresses dune maintenance and creation goals of the 2017 Hollywood
<br />Sustainability Action Plan. The Plan outlines a management approach that addresses improvements to existing dune features
<br />and new vegetated dunes. An important focus of the Plan is to foster dune projects that can have both immediate and long-
<br />term shore protection, ecological, and aesthetic benefits, while also developing a feasible program in terms of design,
<br />permitting, funding, and maintenance. Ms. Brush served as Environmental Permitting Senior Project Manager.
