Beach nourishment plans, as well as updated monitoring and construction methodologies, were <br />processed through the agencies. Construction extended a few weeks into marine turtle nesting season in Miami-Dade County; <br />M&N managed the daily nesting surveys required prior to the season and extending into the nesting season. <br /> <br />25.
