BEACH ACCESS PATHS (See section B of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to all <br />Beach Access Paths. All the tasks required in the maintenance of the Beach Access Paths <br />shall be completed in accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical <br />Specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />B1 thru B17 Removal of all litter and debris shall be conducted once per day, <br />7 days a week. The landscaping for the beach access paths is <br />maintained by the adjacent property owners. <br />4.1.3 C. SEASONAL COLOR REPLACEMENT (see section G in the Bid Form) <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to <br />replace the City’s seasonal color three times per year in a timely fashion. All tasks required <br />in the replacement of seasonal color shall be in accordance with Section 3, Performance <br />Standards & Technical Specifications. <br /> <br />C1 thru C3 This bid item is to include the removal and proper disposal of prior <br />season’s flowers and soil, new Atlas 3000 planting soil mix and <br />soil amendments, pre-emergent herbicide, delivery, layout and <br />placement of annual flowers in 4.5” pots, cleanup and <br />maintenance of new flowers in the locations designated by the <br />City. <br /> <br />4.1.4 D. ROYAL PALM MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />The Bidder shall conduct “Landscape Maintenance Services” as defined in this ITB to <br />maintain all Royal Palms. All tasks required in the maintenance of Royal Palms shall be in <br />accordance with Section 3, Performance Standards & Technical Specifications. <br /> <br />D1 This bid item is to include Merit soil drench for Ro yal Palms two <br />times per year including a follow-up application per specifications <br />in the locations designated by the City. <br /> <br />D2 This bid item is to include Cygon Foliar spray for all Royal Palms <br />once per year, including a follow-up per specifications in the <br />locations designated by the City.
