LABOR (see section H of the Bid Form) <br /> <br />This is a separate item for work not already covered by, or paid for through other pertinent <br />bid items. It is intended that this item shall cover call -outs for emergency and unique <br />situations. For this item to be accepted and paid for by the City, the services must be <br />specifically requested by the City for a specific non-covered task. <br /> <br /> 5.1.3.1 LANDSCAPE SUPERINTENDENT <br /> <br />H1 thru H2 This bid item is for additional work by a trained and <br />competent Landscape Superintendent who shall be fluent <br />in English. <br /> <br /> 5.1.3.2 LANDSCAPE LABORER <br /> <br />H3 thru H4 This bid item is for additional work by a trained and <br />competent Landscape Laborer. <br /> <br /> 5.1.3.3 IRRIGATION SPECIALIST <br /> <br />H5 thru H6 This bid item is for additional work by a trained and <br />competent Irrigation Specialist who shall be fluent in <br />English. <br /> <br /> 5.1.3.4 IRRIGATION LABOROR <br /> <br />H7 thru H8 This bid item is for additional work by a trained and <br />competent Irrigation Laborer. <br /> <br />5.1.4 I.
