5 | Page- Park One of Florida <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach RFP No. 18-03-01 <br /> <br /> <br />Senior Executives <br /> <br />Fred Bredemeyer <br />President <br /> <br />Park One President, Frederick Bredemeyer, is a 25 year parking veteran with extensive municipal <br />and private parking experience. Fred gained a broad base of experience as a commercial parking <br />operator, parking consultant and then as Chief Operating Officer of the Miami Parking Authority. <br />Recognized in 2008 as the International Institute’s Parking Professional of the Year, Mr. <br />Bredemeyer recently joined Park One to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations. Fred has <br />managed parking facilities throughout the country and specifically in South Florida for the City of <br />Miami, the City of Miami Beach, the City of Coral Gables, The University of Miami as well as <br />many private owners and property management firms. He has been actively involved in the Miami <br />area parking market for nearly 20 years. Fred has consulted on numerous projects locally for <br />operational improvements, acquisition due diligence and owner representative services. Mr. <br />Bredemeyer is a dedicated child advocate currently serving as Board President of Kristi House, a <br />nonprofit organization dedicated to helping child victims of sexual abuse. <br />Senior Executives <br /> <br />Ana Kott <br />Director of Finance <br /> <br />Ana joined Park One as Controller in November of 2006. She is in charge of the accounting, <br />bookkeeping, and auditing departments. She supervises record keeping, sets up controls to ensure <br />efficiency and streamline reporting to the president and owners. Ana has over 12 years of <br />experience in the finance and accounting field. She has been Financial Controller for the Latin <br />America’s region of major software companies, supervising accounting functions to comply with <br />corporate policies and consolidating financial information for board members. Ana is a graduate <br />from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education with a Bachelor degree in <br />Accounting, specializing in Finance. She has contributed to improve Park One’s operations <br />through the use of new banking relationships for better cash control and reconciliation.
